Humans have the ability to “hack” their life by living in a state of belief that the dream is already reality.

By getting a clear vision of your dream life, getting specific about what it looks like, and practicing feeling the emotions of that reality + the feeling of gratitude, you can turn your dreams into reality given enough time.

Step 1: Reflect & Review Your CURRENT Reality

Reflecting on and reviewing your CURRENT reality is critical in being able to highlight the behaviours, habits and standards that you default down to, that are the sum total of where you currently are in life.

Step 2: Craft Your NEW Identity

In order to reach new levels, you must identify NEW standards that you must hold yourself to and implement every day, and NEW skills that your future self has, but you must learn.
