Pro tip: create a Google Docs document where you add these questions. Upload the document into a new ChatGPT conversation and ask it to help you answer each question in detail, one by one.
Example prompt:
“I’ve uploaded a document with questions for defining my client avatar. I want you to help me clarify this avatar based on what you know about me. You will answer each question in detail, step by step.
Here’s some information about me and what I offer in my business: (insert as much info as possible about yourself and your product/service/offers – if you have a lot of information, attach a separate document in the same conversation with all those details).”
Then start with the first question. – wait for it to answer – Continue with question 2: Is it Male/Female/Both? – wait for it to answer – Continue with question 3: How old is he/she? (15-year range) – and so on –
When you notice the answer is not detailed enough, or you want more info, ask for clarifications until it’s crystal clear.
Add each answer to your document, and in the end you’ll have a multi-page file with all the details. This document will be your reference every time you want to write marketing texts or materials, so they always have context.
