This is one of the highest impact activities that set apart amateurs from professionals.
The key is that you are reflecting on what INPUTS you put into the system last month, and what the resulting OUTPUTS were.
You can then plan to make changes to your INPUTS accordingly.
Eventually you should be looking to delegate this process out to a VA.
